Yeronga South Brisbane Football Club developed the following values to engage and drive our members to hold a standard everyone can be proud of. Across all programs of the club, we collaborated with and listened to our people to determine these values.

Our values helps us to:

align and inspire our members under a clear and shared commitment to one another and our community
reflect on the impact our organisation ultimately wants to have into the future
guide us in our day to day decision making as players, coaches and members.

RESPECT

We respect everyone equally.

We are all about building trust-based relationships and collaborative decision making. We may not always agree, but we respect all opinions that are based on fairness, honesty and just reasoning and act on what is right.

SAFE

Yeronga South Brisbane Football Club is a safe place for all. No matter your background, beliefs, ability or history; everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and heard.

FAIR

Any situation that arises shall be treated equally. Irrespective of ones standing within the club, our programs or our community; resulting outcomes must be just, fair and reasonable.

FUN

Rivalry on the field does not exclude friendship off of it. While we may not always see eye to eye, it is a core belief at YSBFC that we find fair, just solutions and move forward together.
